The MX2 Latexing machine is an evolutionary system for automatically applying latex seal rings into aluminium collapsible tubes. This fully automatic machine is usually installed after the capping machine.

Two centrifuge units simultaneously apply latex onto two tubes. The high speed of centrifugation confers a high quality latex application and reduced latex overspray on nozzles protection. Feed of latex to the guns is carried out by two stainless steel pressurized tanks coupled with manometers, filters and adjustment valves for regulating pressure.

Change of format is simple and rapid thanks to a system of quick coupling of the drum. The different loading and unloading systems, together with the digital electronic synchronization system make the machine extremely flexible for integration with any existing type of line.

As with all Martinenghi Tech machines, also the MX2 is equipped with a remote diagnostic system.
