STABLE CONSISTENCY OF LOADING SYSTEM

Cans are smoothly loaded by a starwheel that precisely drives the cans onto the main processing unit. This solution makes easier and more stable the loading process, avoiding to have different forces coming from the pieces in the queue as well as to perform a constant and precise feeding of the cutting unit.

CLEAN AND BURR FREE CUTTING

Cans are perfectly cut with burr left on the trimmed ring. The blades are made from carbide or special tool steel, and can be easily reground for long life. Process variable settings such as axial blades alignment and cutting deep are easily adjusted.

PORTABLE INSTRUMENTATION TO BE SET IN SILENT AREA

Each cutting unit (head, can seat, can holder and slides) is fully interchangeable. It can be set up and tested off-line in a silent and comfortable area. This solution makes the diameter changeover easier and faster.
