The PF200 buffer is used for timing extrusion units (press-trimmer) and internal varnishing units, while keeping the two units entirely independent. The buffer allows short internal lacquering machine stops for cleaning the nozzles of the gun without having to stop the extrusion unit (press-trimmer).

The device can be easily adapted to the press unloading unit and annealing oven loading system. The buffer allows a passage for workers between the extrusion unit and the varnishing unit.

The loading device, driven by trimmer, loads the tubes by a vcuum drum onto the pin chain. The unloading device is driven by the annealing oven.

During their transit in the accumulator, tubes pass throught a cleaning section where they stand in vertical position and - thanks to an air flow coming from the exhaust of a blower - the internal part of the tubes is cleaned from aluminium particles. This operation avoids problems during internal coating process. The Aluminium particles are then collected into a proper tray.
