On March 15th, 2022, we came into possession of the full, integral, and exclusive ownership of the Technopack logo / brand with all the related rights, for all products or services for which Technopack has operated and operates.
Technopack is an engineering company present since 1991 as supplier of complete lines for aluminium collapsible tubes and aerosol cans manufacturing to international markets. As you know, we at Martinenghi Tech design and build machines to produce aluminium collapsible tubes, aerosol cans and rigid containers.
The sale of any other assets, such as company branch or business unit is excluded from the agreement and, therefore, they remain owned by Technopack S.r.l.
